Campfire Ninja represents some of the best manufacturers we know and their goal, like ours, is to offer quality products and customer service. We work directly with our manufactures to do our best at making sure every customer is satisfied with their purchase from Campfire Ninja. If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from Campfire Ninja, please read the details below for more information.
1. Time Frame for Returns: Customers have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
2. Condition of Returned Products: Products can be returned even if they are slightly used. However, we ask that customers take reasonable care of the items.
3. Proof of Issue: While a proof of purchase is not required, customers are asked to provide a photo(s) of the damage or issue. Photos can be sent to campfireninja@gmail.com.
4. Refund and Exchange Process: We offer both refunds and exchanges. The resolution (refund or exchange) will be determined after consultation with the manufacturer and is based on the severity of the issue. Our primary goal is customer satisfaction.
5. Shipping Costs: Shipping methods for returns will be determined on a case-by-case basis. We will work with customers to find the most appropriate shipping solution for each individual case.
6. Exceptions: Our return policy is flexible, and we evaluate each return request individually. There are no blanket exceptions; however, each case will be assessed on its own merits.
7. Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returns on damaged products. However, if a customer has buyer's remorse a restocking fee may apply along with return shipping costs.
